A 17-year-old pop star longs to be a normal teenager. She runs away to visit her stepsister and changes her looks, enrolls in a “normal” school and gets her first opportunity to have normal teenage experiences. Ultimately, she gets caught and must return to her previous lifestyle but does so with renewed vigor.
